Terms and conditions.

  1. Any extra work other than the mentioned quantity will reflect in final bill.
  2. Once PO is released and material is purchased order cannot be cancelled.
  3. Any modifications after fabrication, changes in drawings will be charged extra as per actuals, client shall notify us in writing (Or email) if   changes to be done.
  4. The rates mentioned in the estimate shall remain stable/stagnant throughout the period of the execution with no escalation.
  5. Any delay from client regarding approvals, payments power failure etc. may reflect on the project completion time.
  6. In case of project cancellation after payment, we are unable to refund any money as cash.
  7. The Client shall ensure that the property is accessible to employees of Rabah interior & Exterior solutions and any third party
    suppliers providing services throughout the duration of the works.
  8. Any special designs will be charged according to the design.
  9. Housekeeping charges are not considered in the Quote.
  10. A valid proof of purchase or warranty card must be shown to avail the warranty.
  11. Upon approval of warranty claim, the product will be repaired or replaced with the same or comparable product with a value not
    higher than the price of the original product purchased.
  12. Due to material and finish variation the replaced product may not be an exact replica of the installed product and there may be
    some variation due to batch differences in laminate, veneer or any other used material.
  13. In the event that repair work has been done to a product without any authorisation, the product’s warranty coverage is
    automatically void.
  14. All modular furniture does not automatically come with a 5 year warranty, products with 5 year warranty will be specifically mentioned as such.
  15. Warranty terms and conditions are fixed, non-negotiable, non-transferable and only benefits the original purchasers of the product.
  16. While we try to ensure that every home is delivered on-time, every time, due to unforeseen circumstances or disruption in the supply chain that is out of our control, there may be delay in some cases whereby we will keep you informed at all times and try our best to deliver as fast as possible.
  17. Electricity and water should be given by client at free of cost.
